How is your summer going? A lot cooler then some of ours maybe? I hope you are all well rested and ready to get your scrap on. We have a great challenge coming at ya. We would like you to use I'm a little bit _______ and a little bit ________. Have you ever heard that song? It goes I'm a little bit country and I'm a little bit rock n roll. You can use that same wording or make up your own. Maybe a pic with 2 people, many, or just one. The 2ND part of the challenge is to use dots. Any kind of dots your heart desires. Go nuts with it.

1 .Name? Dina Wakley

2. What is your Day job? Mom and all-around super-woman. I have a degree in English & was a technical writer/editor B.K. (i.e. before kids).

3. Do you have a spouse children..pets? Reed is my fab husband, and I have 3 boys (Curt is 13, Cole is 11, and Carter is 9).

4. Do you have a blog that you regularly post on?Yep, it's http://dinastamps.typepad.com

5. How long have you been scrapbooking? Since 1995!!! My early pages are hysterical, but ya know what? My kids love 'em.

6. Where do you find your inspiration for layouts? Everywhere! I love colors, nature, fine art, cool design...the littlest leaf can inspire dozens of pages for me.

7. What is your "must-have" item on a layout (other than the necessities)? Sewing...I sew on everything.

8. What would you say your scrapping style is? Artsy & grungy at times, but not super-embellished. I am not good at using embellishments. I admire people who are good at using them!

9. Can you describe your scrapping process?I very often start inking or painting or combining PPs on a page without a picture in mind...I am forever hunting for pictures for pages I've already started. I am very right-brained and impulsive, so I just "do" without thinking. I'm a quick scrapper, too...pages rarely take me more than an hour and usually take me around 30 minutes. I love it when a page clicks and comes together fast.

We have some news. Mojo is taking a little break from our regularly posted challenges. Don't worry we will be back July 1st with a brand new challenge and Guest Mojo Girl. She has played along with us many many times and we love her work. We know you will too. Why not get to know her a little better...


1.Name? Beth Perry, but my friends call me B (and if you happen to be mama to a coco or a cricket, then you call me BP)

2. What is your Day job? I work inside sales/account management for a label manufacturing facility in St. Louis

3. Do you have a spouse children..pets? I have a dog who has been with me for 10 years. Her name is Miya and she IS my baby. lol

4. Do you have a blog that you regularly post on?

5. How long have you been scrapbooking? For about 5 years now

6. Where do you find your inspiration for layouts? The most random things will inspire me. It could be anything from going antique shopping to a topic that speaks to me and I must get it recorded and down on a page.
7. What is your "must-have" item on a layout (other than the necessities)? Right now I am so into everything vintage. I love adding little unique finds, lace, buttons, etc.

8. What would you say your scrapping style is? What is your favorite technique? Well... I have been told that I have a funky-grunge style. And that has just stuck with me. I have just started dipping my hands into glimmer misting and I am loving it.

9. Can you describe your scrapping process?No, I really can't. hahaha It is different from one day to the next. But, I will tell you that I MUST have Pandora playing on my laptop and I enjoy drinking wine while I scrap.

Challenge 33

I use to watch peter pan when I was a little girl and dream of being Wendy. I wanted so much for Peter and the Lost Boys to be real. Sadly they weren't. There is so much to that story that I love and I thought what a great scrapbook page those things would make. That is our challenge to you. Use ANYTHING from Peter Pan that YOU love. We do mean anything. For the second part of the challenge use a frame some where some how on your page.

You will be playing for a fabulous kit from this wonderfully great Kit Club.
